We recommend travelers check health advisories and take necessary vaccinations before travel. We do not assume responsibility for health risks or unforeseen events.

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes in itinerary due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

Prices and itineraries are subject to change based on availability and external factors. Any price revisions will be communicated before final confirmation.

2. All payments must be made on time to secure reservations.
3. Any special requests (dietary, medical, or accommodation-related) must be communicated in advance.
4. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

• No Refund Policy: All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable once confirmed.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, we may assist in rebooking at an additional cost, subject to availability.
• Refunds, if applicable due to unforeseen disruptions, will be processed at our sole discretion.

• Payments must be made via UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway (an additional 2.2% charge will be borne by the customer).
• Prices are subject to change based on availability and external factors.
• All payments must be made as per the booking deadlines; failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included by default.
• Travelers are responsible for arranging their own insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

• Travelers must comply with all health guidelines and advisories.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to check required vaccinations and carry necessary medications.
• Siddhee Vinayak Journeys is not responsible for health-related issues during the trip.
